We are excited to present each of you with access to a mobile event app for easier engagement with the 2023 SEC Academic Leadership Development Program.
The primary intentions of utilizing the app are alignment with our goal of reducing the amounts of materials we print, while enhancing user engagement and direct interaction with the programming.
The app also serves to further familiarize you with Aggieland and encourage you to start planning your next visit.
You will receive download and usage instructions during the program, but feel free to download and familiarize yourself with the app at your own leisure:

- Go to the Google Play Store or Apple Store on your device
- Install the free ‘Aventri Events’ app
- Once installation is complete, open the app from your mobile device
- When asked for your access code, enter 936386
- Once you have access, you will see a one-time login page.
- Your username is: your email address
- Your password is: SECALDP

- Info – provides general program and travel info
- Agenda – details the program schedule with descriptions of each event (allows for user ratings)
- News – hub for programming notes and updates from the Texas A&M Faculty Affairs team
- Hotel Floor Plan – maps Texas A&M Hotel and Convention Center meeting areas
- Speakers – profiles each presenter you will encounter and the session(s) they will participate in (allows for user ratings)
- Attendees – profiles each attendee and customizable by each individual user
- Map Aggieland – maps local sites for attendees to explore beyond the program
- Exhibitors – profiles the organizations and local vendors partnering in the SEC ALDP program
- Notes – allows you to taking notes that you can email directly to yourself for later reference
- Conference bag – cache for supplemental event materials (presentation PDFs, handouts, etc.)
- Event Feed – running aggregate for shared photos, social media mentions, etc.
- Photo Sharing – in-app user photo sharing feature
Notes for Users
- Please be sure to allow app push notifications by accessing the Settings through the three dots in the upper right-hand of the app home screen. This will allow you to receive important programming notes from the Texas A&M Faculty Affairs team.
- It’s also important to note that we value your feedback – not just at the end of the program, but throughout. So, be encouraged to make regular usage of the embedded rating and review tools.
