In collaboration with the Faculty Ombuds Officer, the Associate Provost for Faculty Advocacy seeks to amplify faculty voices and their meaningful representation on committees, governing bodies, and in departments and colleges.
Faculty Affairs supports fair, respectful, and consistent processes related to faculty-related complaint matters, provides guidance to academic leaders on faculty employment actions, and helps uphold institutional transparency and compliance.
