As Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs at Texas A&M University, I am deeply committed to strengthening the processes and programs that support our faculty in their recruitment, development, recognition, and long-term success. Supporting faculty is central to who we are as a university, and when we invest in our faculty, we invest in the future of Texas A&M. My hope is that, together, we continue to make Texas A&M a place where outstanding scholars, teachers, mentors, and leaders can do their very best work. 

Throughout my time at Texas A&M, I have been continually inspired by the dedication, creativity, and excellence that define our faculty community. Looking ahead, our strategic vision will remain faculty-focused, aligned with the university’s broader aspirations, and grounded in the values that make our campus community so strong. Together, we can continue to foster an environment where faculty and academic leaders feel supported, valued, and empowered to contribute meaningfully to Texas A&M University’s mission and continued excellence.
