Faculty Affairs is committed to recognition of the world class faculty at Texas A&M. The awards we support honor faculty excellence across research, teaching, and service as well as distinguished career accomplishments.
Categories
University Awards
Faculty Affairs supports the University level awards for excellence in all areas of responsibilities across the academic enterprise, and for comprehensive success in a faculty career. We manage the recognition process: ensuring representative selection committees, issuing the calls for nomination, coordinating the timely distribution of nominations and the committee deliberations, informing the recipients and their leadership, and showcasing the awardees during annual recognition events.
External Awards
Faculty Affairs is committed to elevating the careers of Texas A&M faculty. We collaborate with faculty, and their nominators to support identification of appropriate pathway and highly prestigious award opportunities, as well as, submission of the nominations. Further we promote networking among early to mid-career high achieving faculty with the recipients of prestigious awards at Texas A&M.
