Department heads, deans and other academic leaders meet on the first Wednesday of each month to discuss how to lead an academic unit. Examples of past topics include evaluating faculty, engaging in philanthropy, strategic planning and faculty mentoring.

Following each Department Head Development Series lunch meeting, Faculty Affairs hosts an Academic Leader Networking Social at the University Club (Rudder Tower) from 4-6 p.m.
