Faculty Affairs supports faculty across their careers at Texas A&M University.  In alignment with the University Strategic Plan and in partnership with colleges and schools, we recruit and support the development of world-class faculty called to fulfill our land, sea, and space grant missions.
Our faculty strive not only to discover and lead within and across disciplines, but also to translate their work into real-world impacts, thereby inspiring students to see their own potential as scholars and change agents.
Faculty Affairs facilitates and observes fairness and equity in the recruitment, evaluation and advancement of faculty and academic administrators.

To enable faculty success, we provide resources and programs to assist faculty as they navigate academic careers, master teaching excellence, craft networks of colleagues and mentors, and develop as leaders. Further, we seek to showcase and celebrate the scholarship, inspirational teaching, and purposeful service of our faculty.
