Reports can be downloaded from Academic Analytics to identify suggested honorific awards for faculty. You may use the below two guides to either identify awards for an individual faculty member or to identify awards for faculty within a department. Academic department heads and leadership in each college have login credentials to Academic Analytics. 

For a given scholar and award, a Suitability Index is calculated by comparing characteristics of the scholar with those of previous awardees. These characteristics include:

  • comparative benchmarks
  • previous co-authorship
  • academic age at the time of receiving the award
  • institution and academic unit affiliations
  • scholarly research similarity
