The new, potential, or existing Texas A&M faculty member and/or their partner may contact the Dual Career Program directly. Prospective clients may also complete and submit a Client Intake Form to jumpstart the process. *Hiring unit leadership may connect a potential faculty member with the Dual Career Program during the recruitment process*

Step Two

Initial Consultation

The Dual Career Program will conduct an initial (in-person or virtual) consultation with the Texas A&M faculty member's partner to determine their unique employment needs.

Step Three

Intensive Resume Review

The Texas A&M faculty member's partner (Dual Career Program client) will be provided an intensive resume/curriculum vitae (CV) review based upon local job market preferences.

Step Four

Tailored Job Search

The Dual Career Program manager will assist in connecting the client with Texas A&M departments and/or local business contacts with possible open positions.
