Our Goal & The Process
The goal of the Dual Career Program is to demonstrate that faculty members and their partners can simultaneously advance their careers by maximizing employment opportunities for the partner. This is essential to dual career families. To accomplish this goal, the Dual Career program manager collaborates and engages with both the client and an extensive employment network including university academic and staff leadership and community business owners and hiring managers.
The Dual Career Program in Action
We take great pride in our role bridging the families of Texas A&M faculty and staff with the surrounding Bryan/College Station community. From Chamber of Commerce and local business association events to serving student groups and supporting community initiatives, check here to see where you can find us expanding the Dual Career network across our community.
Impact Around Campus
Dual Career Program clients can be found inside-and-out of classrooms as well as on-and-off the Texas A&M University campus. We take great pride in helping maintain the bridges between Texas A&M and the surrounding Bryan/College Station community.
