Amber Cervantez is a Service Quality Consultant IV within Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) at Texas A&M University, where she specializes in faculty employment processes, and serves as a senior technical and functional lead for Workday HCM functionality.

With 11 years of experience at the university, Amber serves as a subject matter expert for complex faculty actions, system troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives that support both academic units and central HR partners. She is recognized for translating technical and compliance‑driven requirements into clear, actionable solutions and for fostering strong cross‑departmental collaboration.

In her role, Amber works closely with Faculty Affairs, academic colleges, and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant faculty transactions. Amber holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Tarleton State University.
