Employer-Sponsored Nonimmigrant Status
We assist with temporary employment authorization for international employees under specific nonimmigrant categories (H-1B, O-1, TN, E-3). These statuses are limited in duration and scope.
Employer-Sponsored Immigrant Status
We guide system members through the process of sponsoring international employees for lawful permanent residence (green card) based on a qualifying job offer.

What We Do
Advise

Oversee Use of External Counsel
We review and approve use of System-authorized external attorneys for employment-based immigration matters.
