Kathy Beladi

Kathy joined Faculty Affairs in April 2022 as an Assistant Program Director and became a Director in November 2023.  She leads efforts related to faculty annual evaluations, promotion and tenure, post-tenure review, and endowed appointments, providing support, training, and guidance to administrative personnel and faculty.

Before joining the Faculty Affairs office, Kathy worked for more than 23 years as the assistant to the department head in the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M University.  She also previously held roles in the College of Engineering Dean’s Office, the Mechanical Engineering Department, and the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Department within the university.
