SEC Academic Leadership Development Program Fellows

Fellows selected to the SEC Academic Leadership Development Program (ALDP) have the unique opportunity to hone their leadership skills both at their home institution and at two additional conference institutions. Among a cohort of driven, invested faculty with foundational leadership experience and high leadership potential, ALDP fellows engage in discussions and development initiatives designed to deepen their capacity to think and act effectively as future leaders in the academy. Texas A&M selects four faculty annually to participate in this conference-wide initiative.
