The Association of Former Students College-Level Teaching Award
Selected for their dedication to and excellence in teaching, recipients of The Association of Former Students Distinguished Achievement Award (College-Level) are chosen in late summer by a college-level committee. Recognized faculty are honored in their home college, and each receives a cash award in addition to a framed certificate.

The Association of Former Students Distinguished Achievement Award
Honored for sustained excellence and deep, holistic impact in their time at Texas A&M, recipients of The Association of Former Students Distinguished Achievement Award (University-Level) are selected in early spring by a university-wide committee of both faculty and staff. Recipients are recognized in a ceremony and each receives a cash award, plaque, and custom gift.

Chancellor's Academy of Teacher Educators Award
Inductees to the Chancellor's Academy of Teacher Educators have made direct and significant impact on the preparation of future teachers. Each year, previously inducted Academy members form the selection committee for new awardees. Selected nominees are recognized and inducted during the annual meeting of the Chancellor's Century Council, and each receive a stipend, a commemorative seal, and a certificate.

Texas A&M partners with the Aggie Women Network to present the Eminent Scholar Award to an exceptional woman faculty member. This cash award honors one recipient each year who has not only excelled independently but has also invested deeply in women students at Texas A&M.

Montague - Center for Teaching Excellence Scholars
The Montague-CTE Scholars Program recognizes demonstrated excellence and interest in undergraduate teaching at Texas A&M. Each fall, one faculty member from each college is honored as a Montague-CTE Scholar and receives a research grant to inspire new heights of teaching scholarship.

Piper Professorship
A state-wide competitive honor, the Piper Professorship recognizes faculty for superior college teaching. Invited Texas colleges and universities may nominate select faculty in mid-fall, following which the Minnie Stevens Piper Foundation reviews nominations and makes a final selection in late spring.

Presidential Professor for Teaching Excellence Award
This award recognizes two faculty each year for proven commitment to excellence in teaching. Each college nominates one candidate in early spring. and selected honorees are recognized.

This professorship is the highest honor bestowed on a faculty member by the Texas A&M University System. Meritorious performance in teaching, research, and service is valued and rewarded with this ceremonial title.

SEC Faculty Achievement Award/SEC Professor of the Year
This conference-level award recognizes faculty for establishing a prestigious scholarly program while simultaneously investing in mentoring students and/or junior faculty. One faculty member from the Southeastern Conference is recognized each spring with an honorarium.
